We are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped directly from Portugal using FedEx or CTT.
Where We Ship
- We ship worldwide from our workshop in Portugal.
- All orders are carefully packed in branded jewelry boxes with protective packaging.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days after confirmation (except gold and custom orders).
- 19.2Kt Portuguese gold items are made‑to‑order and ship within 15-20 business days.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

USA & Canada
- FedEx: $25 flat (3–10 business days)
- Free Shipping on orders above $150
UK
- FedEx: £25 (3–10 business days)
- Free Shipping on orders above £150
Rest of World
- FedEx: $35 flat (5–7 business days)
- Free Shipping on orders above $200
Duties & Taxes
We believe in transparent pricing. That’s why all orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
This means:
- The price you see at checkout is the final price.
- All import duties, VAT, and customs fees are already included.
- You will not pay any additional charges upon delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable or refused, it may be returned to us. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Customers may be charged a re‑ship fee for delivery attempts.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked “delivered” by FedEx but you cannot locate it, please:
- Contact FedEx immediately and file a claim.
- Notify hi@fadojewels.com within seven (7) days.
- We will assist in tracing the package. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.
