Warranty Policy (12 Months)

Fado Jewels jewelry is crafted to last for generations. We guarantee each piece against manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects, including broken solder joints, faulty clasps, or loose stone settings upon arrival.
  • One complimentary replating service for gold‑plated silver items within 12 months.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, bent components, or patina.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, chemicals, or water exposure.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or resizing performed outside Fado Jewels.
  • Loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact hi@fadojewels.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  2. We will respond within two (2) business days with next steps.
  3. If approved, ship the item to our service address.
  4. Repairs or replating typically take 10–20 business days after receipt.

Out‑of‑Warranty Services

For items outside the 12‑month warranty, we may offer paid repair or replating services. Quotes will be provided before work begins.
