Refund policy
At Fado Jewels, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of eligible items within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in new, unworn condition, free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear.Â
- Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, including the jewelry box, pouch, certificate of authenticity, and any inserts. Â
- Earrings are only returnable if the hygiene seal is intact, due to health and safety regulations. Â
- Personalized or engraved items, final sale products, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Â
- Bundled or promotional sets must be returned in full. Partial returns are not accepted. Â
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact hi@fadojewels.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Â
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within one (1) business day. Â
- Securely pack your item(s) and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Â
- Ship the package using a tracked service to the address provided by us.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid at checkout are nonârefundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Fado Jewels is not liable for lost or undelivered return parcels.
Refunds
- Returns are inspected within 3â5 business days of receipt. Â
- Approved refunds are issued within 5â7 business days to the original payment method. Â
- Original shipping charges, insurance, and gift packaging are nonârefundable.
- Items returned used, damaged, or missing components may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% or be deemed ineligible for refund. Â
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund. Â
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact hi@fadojewels.com within seven (7) days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no expense to you. Â
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within ten (10) business days after approval, please check with your bank or credit card issuer. If the issue persists, contact us at hi@fadojewels.com.Â
